Windy Ridge pottery

Well, we've decided to name our pottery Windy Ridge pottery. As so far this spring the wind has been more or less constant. We still don't have Internet, but we are testing a little cellular modem card for the evening, it maybe our best bet. Things have been going well here, Christy has planted quite a few trees, along with grapes, raspberries, and asparagus. Christy's also gotten 25 chickens for meat, and we will get ten more ladies this coming week for eggs. We got our building permit for the kiln shed, and have since hired a backhoe to dig out the kiln foundation, and started erecting the kiln shed. I've posted a couple of pictures of what our kiln shed looks like now, along with the truck that delivered our first load of wood. Christy and I were both impressed with the truck, we're both used to dump trucks that strew the wood halfway across the field. This guy stacked up the wood in a perfect stack!
