A: Call in the Dream Team of Coon Hunting Poodles!
climbs a barn post. Papa Ray did loan us a gun for our coon problem, but it just doesn't seem like a good idea to point a shotgun towards the roof of one's barn and unload. So Windy Ridge coon "hunts" tend to be a bit anti-climactic--we go inside and have popcorn and read, the coon ambles down after a few hours and heads back to his or her cozy home under our cement silo pad, and the dogs curl up at our feet.

Those are some very cute coon hunters :)
Agreed, very cute coon hunting poodles. :-) I hope your chickens stay safe. We had coons get some of our chickens last year. But looks like you have some very special agents working the case. :-)

That coon looks like it's holding on for dear life.
